Fast track total house refurbishment and rear extension to a large  semi-detached house in Dublin 16.

We improved the internal connectivity and circulation and created a kitchen and living area directly connected to the external patio area.The project was designed within the Exempted Development Planning guidelines. Our aim was to make maximum use of views and light to the rear of the house and we extended the stairs up to a loft conversion.
