Rear extension and kitchen refurbishment at Sion Hill Avenue.
The works included internal chimney to the return to be removed up to first floor level, other associated internal, removals and alterations to the wc area and landscaping to back patio. The extension will be built with cavity wall reusing existing bricks from demolished area for external leaf.
