Brighton Road

The brief was to create a new living space with a connection to the garden that also connected with kitchen at first floor. This led to the design of a mezzanine seating / dining area that connected the kitchen and living area via a new open riser stair flanked on one side by double heigh glazing brining light into the deep plan living area. At ground floor the living area opens up to the rear garden and patio.
