Rear extension and kitchen refurbishment at Sion Hill Avenue. The works included internal chimney to the return to be removed up to first floor level, other associated internal removals and alterations to the wc area and landscaping to back patio. The extension will be built with cavity wall reusing existing bricks from demolished area for external leaf.
Our "pink house" for Julie, a tailor and gardener living in Dublin 3, it is finished. The works have involved: demolition of two existing chimneys, new pitched roof including location of roof lights to studio and staircase area, open up of windows at front and back of the house, new kitchen layout and new location of ground floor bathroom.
